If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, I will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit after receiving the piece/s back in its original condition.

All U.S. orders will ship first class, unless you select the U.S.P.S. priority shipping upgrade option at check out.
International orders ship first class international via U.S.P.S.. If you require priority shipping, please contact me and we can discuss the options. Customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.
I do not refund for lost, unclaimed, undeliverable packages. If you believe your package is late or lost, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to track it.

How do I care for my EWJ?
I like to consider my work “no fuss” and livable. That said, all sterling silver will tarnish. Keeping it stored in a jewelry box or bag will keep it cleaner longer. My favorite method to clean my work is a slurry of Bon Ami powder cleanser and warm water. It’s easy, effective, inexpensive and non-toxic!
I lost one of my earrings, will you replace it?
If I can, yes. You mail the single earring to me so it can be matched and I charge half of what the current retail price is/would be plus shipping. Stone earrings, resin earrings and some other, older designs can not be matched.
Do you do repairs?
I will always repair my own work. Depending on the extent of the repair or damage, charges will vary. Most repairs are free. I do not repair other people’s work.
